PEN American 2013 Literary Awards Shortlists Include Translations of Cecilia Vicuña, Jorge Santiago Perednik, More

The PEN American Center 2013 Literary Awards shortlists have been announced, along with judges for those awards sans shortlists. Of note, thanks to Publisher's Weekly:

PEN Award for Poetry in Translation ($3,000): For a book-length translation of poetry into English published in 2012.
