Join us for a reading with John James, winner of a Max Ritvo Poetry Prize, and Bagley Wright Fellow Dorothea Lasky. James is the author of The Milk Hours, selected by Henri Cole as winner of the 2018 Max Ritvo Poetry Prize, and Chthonic, winner of the 2014 CutBank Chapbook Award. Lasky has published five collections of poetry, most recently Milk and ROME, as well as several chapbooks. She was awarded a Bagley Wright Fellowship in 2013 and is an associate professor of poetry at Columbia University. There will be an ASL interpreter at this event.
