Join us for a reading by poet and professor Christina Pugh. She is the author of five collections, including Stardust Media, winner of the 2019 Juniper Prize for Poetry, and Perception, named one of the top poetry books of 2017 by the Chicago Review of Books. Her poems have appeared in such outlets as The Atlantic, Poetry, the Kenyon Review, and Colorado Review, and she has received a John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship in Poetry, a Lucille Medwick Memorial Award from the Poetry Society of America, and a 2000 Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowship. Pugh is a professor of English at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a consulting editor for Poetry.
