Forms & Features Visiting Teaching Arts (online) : T.S. Leonard, Natalia Conte, Alecia Beymer, Kameryn Carter, and Derek Williams 

This reading and performance shines a light on the creative work of five emerging writers, artists, educators, and Visiting Teaching Artists in the Forms & Features workshop series: Alecia Beymer, Kameryn Alexa Carter, Natalia Conte, T S Leonard, and Derek JG Williams. 

Inspired by the works in this reading, read and write your own poems with the guidance of Beymer’s exploration of The Infra-Ordinary, Carter’s essay on The Black Ecstatic, Conte’s insights on Crafting Surprising Images within Medical Intervention Poetry, Leonard’s Poetry in Urgent Times as Peace and Possibility, and Williams’s Poetic Cinematography.
