This generative poetry workshop led by Maggie Queeney will explore the physical and metaphorical effects of light and color within poetry. In conversation with More Light!, the current exhibition at the Poetry Foundation featuring a site-specific installation by Luftwerk and Aram Saroyan’s celebrated poem, “lighght,” we will use minimalist and concrete poetry techniques to compose poems of our own.
- This workshop is for adult participants, aged 18 and older, of all backgrounds and experiences with reading and writing poetry.
