Forms & Features: Ode

This generative poetry workshop led by Maggie Queeney focuses on the ode, a lyric poem of address, praise, and celebration of a person, place, thing, or idea. 

Participants will read and discuss a wide variety of texts and poems before composing odes of their own.

• This workshop is for adult participants, aged 18 and older, of all backgrounds and experiences with reading and writing poetry. 
• We offer several sessions.
