The Poetry Foundation, in partnership with Kundiman, a national organization that supports Asian American writers, presents a reading of Kundiman faculty and fellows. Li-Young Lee is the author of five books of poetry and the memoir The Winged Seed: A Remembrance, winner of an American Book Award. Aimee Nezhukumatathil is the author of the three poetry collections Miracle Fruit, At the Drive-In Volcano, and Lucky Fish. Eugenia Leigh recently published her debut collection of poetry, Blood, Sparrows and Sparrows, and Helene Achanzar has received awards from the University of Iowa Writer’s House and Philippine American Writers and Artists.
