Join us for a preview of the inaugural ChiTeen Lit Fest. This event will include performances and readings by teen writers from Chicago Public Library YOUmedia, Kuumba Lynx, and GEAR UP, along with headlining authors Erika L. Sánchez, Rhymefest, and Ben Tanzer in conversation with members of the festival’s teen advisory councils.

ChiTeen Lit Fest is a two-day, for-teens-by-teens festival that brings together Chicago’s young writing community. It takes place on April 15-16 in various locations at the Harold Washington Library and Columbia College Chicago. Visit chiteenlitfest.org for more information.

ChiTeen Lit Fest is supported by the Chicago Public Library Foundation and the Hive Chicago Fund for Connected Learning through the Chicago Community Trust.
