Aufgabe 1-6 Goes Digital!

Announcing Aufgabe DIGITAL! This is fateless news for those of us fascinated by poetry in translation, contemporary poetry in English (hey!), and thoroughly engaged critical writing, too, we must say. From the release:

For the first time, Aufgabe volumes 1-6 are now accessible to the public as PDFs, each fully searchable with a linked table of contents for quick access.

Aufgabe PDFs are accessible for free through the Litmus Press website. If you are interested in supporting future and ongoing Litmus Press projects, please consider giving a small suggested donation of $10. We also appreciate donations of any amount, and we encourage readers to please feel free to give what you can. Your full donation will go toward funding future translation projects and poetry titles.

You might also note #12, the newest issue of Aufgabe, featuring French Canadian poetry and guest edited by Oana Avasilichoaei. Also, Litmus is hosting a rare event at McNally Jackson this coming Sunday, Oct. 6, at 7:00 PM,to celebrate the first English translation of author Danielle Collobert's 1964 debut novel Murder. Poet and Murder translator Nathanaël and poet/translator Cole Swensen will discuss the book and issues surrounding contemporary translation.
