Nominations Now Open for 2022 Pegasus Award for Poetry Criticism

The Poetry Foundation is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Pegasus Award for Poetry Criticism. This award honors the best book-length works of criticism published in the prior calendar year, including biographies, essay collections, and critical editions that consider the subject of poetry or poets. The winner will receive $7,500. Please visit our awards page for more information about the award and to see previous recipients. 

Those interested in nominating a title for the award can do so via Submittable. Please be prepared to share the book's title, the name of the author and/or editor, the name of the publisher, and a few sentences telling us why the book deserves special recognition. The award deadline is June 24, 2022.
