Hannah Sanghee Park

Hannah Sanghee Park was born in Tacoma, Washington. She earned a BA from the University of Washington, an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and an MFA in Writing for Screen and Television from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. Park is the author of The Same-Different (2015), which won the Walt Whitman Award from the Academy of American Poets, and a chapbook, Ode Days Ode (2011). She is the recipient of fellowships and awards from the Fulbright Program, the Poetry Foundation, 4Culture, The Iowa Arts Council/National Endowment for the Arts, and the MacDowell Colony. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
