Going solar with Robin Becker

Robin Becker, the current Penn State laureate and a professor of English and women’s studies, is sharing her poetry via an online video series. In each video, she reads one poem, explains her motivations for writing it, and then offers a question for contemplation. Here she relaxes while reading “Solar,” and deems her poem “a love song to the high desert of New Mexico.”
