Two Blogs for Chefs and Poets Alike!

If you're both a poetry lover and a foodie, you must check out these blogs:

Paper and Salt, written by Nicole Villeneuve, is "part historical discussion, part food and recipe blog, part literary fangirl-ing;" a collection of recipes enjoyed by great writers. Sylvia Plath's Lemon Pudding Cakes look divine, and Walt Whitman's Cranberry Coffee Cake would go well with a cappuccino and a copy of Leaves of Grass.

For a more contemporary take on poetic dining, Eat This Poem combines luscious photography with original recipes inspired by poets like Joanie Mackowski and Frank O'Hara. Poet and cook Nicole Gulotta serves up poetic analysis, personal anecdotes, and some killer recipes.
