Somehow we've only now come across Commonplace: Conversations with Poets (and Other People), a podcast hosted by Rachel Zucker that comprises "intimate and captivating interviews ... with poets and artists about quotidian objects, experiences or obsessions," but she's on Episode 16! Previous conversations have been had with Bernadette Mayer, Steph Burt, Wayne Koestenbaum, Claudia Rankine, Nick Flynn, and other famous poets (and other people) you're likely into.

Episode 16 features Jericho Brown, who talks with Zucker about "the differences between poetry and journalism, the role of truth and facts in poetry, the complexities of separating a poet’s autobiography from the work especially in the age of Facebook, writing about family and about queerness, coming out, 'bad people,' the complications of assembling a collection a poems, poetry projects v. poems, and treasuring the 'small, complete thing.'”
