Signal Jamming

Believe the jammed signals
For they dispel the radar stripe
Of  licking universes where
The scent is insane insatiable
Lunatic street thank you

Implying I met then denied you
Met and absolved the lucid leaves
Falling out of season as static
In their step and limbs outstretched
To take us in and down with laurels

Burning through terrific moments
We captured the rain-prince’s gaze
Set sail to castles long relinquished
With intentions of alchemy
And Don Juan’s hallucinatory

High jinks—but out of such wreckage
Our ambition fell flat of the meteorite train,
The X spot that the entrepreneur couldn’t soothe
With all his silicon and lithium, leaving us
Exposed to the drawbridge down around his ankles
