Two of Cups

So, we’re supposed to believe
Kim Cattrall is ancient
Egyptian in Mannequin? Blonde
and named Ema (Emmy for
the 80s) and Andrew McCarthy
is what, hot? Worth a couple
centuries’ wait? How’s that
grammar work? Prince & Company
who? Illustra’s Roxie
and bonehead B.J. Wert ask.
That helmet-hair’s James Spader?
Felix’s Rambo from wheelbarrow
to planter? Ownership? Estelle Getty,
her monocle and who she points at
with it? Switcher? Catchy surname?
That’s the way love goes? Down
the chute toward the chipper?
His hand skimming the blade?
Flesh or wood? Pulp or pulp? Where
others can’t see? The big climax?
Closed doors? A motorcycle ride?
Stiff knees? Tied down? Blown away?
Coifed hair and shoulder pads? The rave
window displays? Working nights?
Day? Double? Get her alone?
Doesn’t work anymore? What now?
Ask Hollywood? More Hollywood?
