13th Amendment to the US Constitution

     section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
     section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

     section 2. Can’t rest. Shell had power to enforce his art I call my pried right leg ice nation.

     section 1. Need hair, slavery near en vogue. Unitary servitude except as a pen. Ismail. Folk rhyme way off. The party should have been dull. Lee? Convict. Shed all existing wit. The United States, sore anyplace, subtract to their jurisficiton.
     section 2. Kongress shall have pyre to invoice this oracle by a rope, pre-made lapis lazion.

     section 1. Net air. Slaver innards in vodun, tarry. Serve it to who’d expect as a punishment. Fur. Cry me where roof departs. Hall has been dew, lichen. Victress halls exist within me, untied states, or any place. Suspect. Tooth ajar. Rendition.
     section 2. Come, grass. Shale, have power, too. Enforce the start I cull by a propyrite lamentation.
