Brandon Downing

Brandon Downing is a poet, visual artist, and filmmaker. His books of poetry include The Shirt Weapon (2002), Dark Brandon (2005), Mellow Actions (2012), and a monograph of his literary collages from 1996-2008, Lake Antiquity. In 2007 he released a feature-length collection of collaged digital shorts, Dark Brandon: Eternal Classics, and he recently completed a 16-book cycle based around Euripides’s The Bacchae. Downing lives in New York City.
