Celina Su

Celina Su was born in São Paulo, Brazil. She is the author of the poetry collection Landia (Belladonna, 2018), two poetry chapbooks, three books on the politics of social policy and civil society, and pieces in journals such as n+1Harper’s, and Boston Review. She earned a PhD in urban studies from MIT. Su lives in Brooklyn and is the Marilyn J. Gittell Chair in Urban Studies and an associate professor of political science at the City University of New York.
