Courtney LeBlanc

Courtney LeBlanc is the author of the full-length collections Her Whole Bright Life (Write Bloody Publishing, 2023), winner of the 2023 Jack McCarthy Book Prize; Exquisite Bloody, Beating Heart (Riot in Your Throat, 2021); and Beautiful & Full of Monsters (VA Press, 2020). She is the Arlington County Poet Laureate and the founder and editor in chief of Riot in Your Throat, an independent poetry press. She’s also the founder of the Poetry Coven, a monthly generative workshop she runs out of her home.
