Kaie Kellough

Kaie Kellough is a novelist, poet, and sound performer. From western Canada, he lives in Montréal and maintains a strong relationship with the Caribbean and Guyana.



Kellough books include the poetry collection Magnetic Equator (McClelland and Stewart, 2019), winner of the Canadian Griffin Poetry Prize; the short story collection Dominoes at the Crossroads (Véhicule, 2020); and the novel Accordéon (ARP, 2016), which was shortlisted for the Amazon/Walrus Foundation First Novel Award. 



Kellough has performed internationally, notably to festivals in the UK, Australia, Asia, and continental Europe. Since 2011 he has created mixed media compositions with saxophonist and synthesist Jason Sharp.
