Naeem Murr

Naeem Murr grew up in London and has lived in the United States since his early 20s. He is the author of the novels The Perfect Man (2006), awarded The Commonwealth Writersʼ Prize for the Best Book of Europe and South Asia and long-listed for the Man Booker Prize; The Genius of the Sea (2003); and The Boy (1998), a New York Times Notable Book. Murrʼs many honors include a Guggenheim Fellowship and a PEN Beyond Margins Award. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
