Sarah Alcaide-Escue

Sarah Alcaide-Escue is a writer, artist, and editor from Florida. Her poetry chapbook, Bruised Gospel, was published by The Lune in 2020. A Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee, her work has been published by the Poetry Foundation, Always Crashing, Mud Season Review, Gulf Stream Magazine, Bear Review, DIAGRAM, Lit Pub, Channel, Portland Review, Wildness, and others. Alcaide-Escue holds an MFA in creative writing and poetics from Naropa University and a BA in English from the University of South Florida. She has received support from Greywood Arts, Writers in Paradise, the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics, the University of South Florida, and the Stadler Center for Poetry & Literary Arts.
