Sean Bishop
Sean Bishop earned his MFA from the University of Houston, where he was the managing editor of Gulf Coast. His first collection of poetry, The Night We’re Not Sleeping In (2014), won a Kathryn A. Morton Prize from Sarabande Books. Bishop is a past recipient of the Ruth Lilly Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation and was a Diane Middlebrook Poetry Fellow at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is the founding editor of the online literary magazine Better and currently administers and teaches in the MFA program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
