Suzanne Cleary

Suzanne Cleary’s latest book is Beauty Mark (BkMk Press 2013), which won the John Ciardi Prize for Poetry. Her other awards include a Pushcart Prize, the Cecil Hemley Memorial Award of the Poetry Society of America, and a fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts. She is professor of English at the Rockland Community College-State University of New York, and also teaches as core faculty in the low-residency MFA in Creative Writing Program of Converse College.
