Thomas Pfau

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Thomas Pfau earned a BA at Wesleyan University, an MA at Columbia (both degrees in Classics), and a PhD in English from the University of Houston. His poems and essays have appeared in the Southwest Review, the Paris Review, the Colorado Review, and elsewhere. He teaches humanities as an assistant professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University in the United Arab Emirates.
