RK Fauth

RK Fauth is the recipient of the Walt McDonald First Book Prize for her debut poetry collection, A Dream in Which I Am Playing with Bees (Texas Tech University Press, 2023). She earned a master’s degree at Georgetown University, where she also served as a Lannan Poetry Fellow. From 2019–2022, Fauth ran the award-winning public humanities project, “Unprecedented,” which circulated Black Plague–era erasure poems between strangers.
